In our last blog post, we discussed your platform for sharing your story. Why do you share your story and where and to whom?
In today's post, we will talk about the author of your story. No, this is not about you........
God is the author of your story. But let's be very clear here. Our interpretation of the author can lead us down two roads: clarity or confusion. This is the difference between knowing about God and REALLY who God is.
Clarity about the author gives us purpose and a plan. Confusion about the author gives us an unfocused mission in this ever-changing world. In a world that is constantly changing due to technology and social media trends, the one constant is God.
I encourage you to find God in your story as you explore where you were, where you are, and where you are headed.....
Spend some uninterrupted time in solitude. What was God brought you through?
When processing the past events of your life, be careful. We must acknowledge that not everything that happened to you was “from God”.
Where is God working in your life currently?
What about the future is intimidating to you?As humans, we love to have everything figured out. Ask God to father you in the future when you want to put Him in a box.
